Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
Upon every purchase, the Buyer gets the order tracking number within two to three working days.
The Buyer can cancel the order before receiving the tracking number (Tracking number will be sent within 2 to 3 working days).
Upon cancellation, the Buyer will get a 100% refund, respective to the product condition.
After receiving the tracking number the Buyer cannot go for the order cancellation or refund options.
The products in transit are at the buyer’s risk. Either the Seller or DigiRiver is not responsible for the damages caused during shipping. It is completely the transporter’s responsibility.
